His life and art tells it all. Twenty-two years young, he's an artist, hustler, soul survivor, and is quickly becoming one of Hip Hop's rising stars. Born in Champaign, Illinois, he moved to Arizona in 1998. Expressions and actions tell a lot about a human being, and Tally P believes that staying real is what makes you strong. "I do me 100% no matter what it is: orally or physically," he's often quoted. "I see myself as very original and laid back. And I know what the ladies are asking. The answer is: Yes, I am single."
2007 is his year to shine. He's from a generation who understands what the grind is really about: hard work and believing in yourself. Tally P is extremely dedicated and passionate about everything he does. He is known as one of the best emcees, not only in AZ, but nationally, as well. He believes the fame and fortune will come, but that isn't his dream. In ten years, he wants to be in a position to uplift others on the struggle, and give them an opportunity to shine.
His purpose is clear. It is to do what he does best, which is to spread the word about his music and bring real Hip Hop back to life.
